Giving problem after one week
Although the purchase process was seamless and efficient; the installation of the lock took quite an effort as the first technician assigned to install the lock did not have a clue about customer satisfaction or customer service! He just stopped responding to my calls. I had to obtain the contact of the Area Sales Manager from Yale Customer Service Team to finally get the lock installed. The Area Sales Manager was very courteous and understood my case. He assigned a technician who was excellent in his work and finally got the lock installation done.
