Returns and Exchange

    Satisfaction and peace of mind is guaranteed on all Yale products purchased by consumers directly from Yale India website.

    Please read the following policy statements carefully to ascertain whether your product qualifies for a return or an exchange.

  1. Exchange

    Exchange can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is defective or has a physical damage within 7 days from the receipt of the product.

    Exchange will be allowed only if:

    • Our examination of the product shows a defect that is not repairable. If the product is deemed repairable by the technical team, our team will change the required part and will hand over the product in working condition to the customer.
    • Exchange request is made within 7 days of receipt of the order
    • The product has been received in the original product packaging along with supporting documentation such as receipt or proof of purchase, price tags, labels, warranty card and any complimentary items and accessories obtained along with the original product. The cost of any missing /damaged items (including the gift box) apart from those notified earlier, will be borne by the customer.
  2. Returns

    • The customer has received a different product than what was ordered :
    • A customer can ask for a return if the product received is different from the order placed. The customer must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into the complaint will take an appropriate action

    • The customer has received the desired product but still wishes to return
      • In this case, the customer is required to dispatch the product back to us and bear the courier charges. For the dispatch address, the customer needs to contact customercare2.india@assaabloy.com or WhatsApp number 8929-788-788
      • The product must be unused & the packaging should not be damaged.
      • The product should be sealed in its original product packaging
      • All supporting documentation such as receipt of purchase, price tags, labels & warranty card as well as accessories should be dispatched with the product
    • The customer has received the desired product but wishes to exchange with a different product
      • In this case, the customer is required to dispatch the product back to us and bear the courier charges. For the dispatch address, the customer needs to contact customercare2.india@assaabloy.com or WhatsApp number 8929-788-788
      • The product must be unused & the packaging should not be damaged.
      • The product should be sealed in its original product packaging
      • All supporting documentation such as receipt of purchase, price tags, labels & warranty card as well as accessories should be dispatched with the product
    • The customer has received the desired product but the product cannot be installed due to door design/ door thickness or the door material.
      • The customer should bring this to the notice of customer care within 7 days of the receipt of the material. The customer is required to dispatch the product back to us and bear the courier charges. For the dispatch address, the customer needs to contact customercare2.india@assaabloy.com or WhatsApp number 8929-788-788
      • The product must be unused & the packaging should not be damaged.
      • The product should be sealed in its original product packaging
