Happy but the service and installation needs to be improved

I have received the safe without keys, I intend to return but somehow Yale customer care team has arranged the cylinder along with keys. I had to co-ordinate with the installation team to order the cylinder along with keys and get the installation done at my place. 500 extra charged for installation, I recommend installation service has to be provided by Yale free of cost to the customer after delivery of the lockers.
